During the workshop, we will be transforming loads of beliefs and stressful situations and most importantly after the workshop you will have the confidence and skills to be able to work with yourself in any area of your life you choose.
This is going to be a very personal workshop which is great for everyone. You will get all your questions answered and all the help you need.

The workshop is 3 days with 7 hours each day
There are breaks during the day and a 1 hour in the middle of each session with a couple of 5-10 m breaks in the first and last half. Be sure to be on time as we have a lot to share!
Personalised Workbook
Please make sure you have a printed copy of the workbook. You will receive a link to download your personalised copy 3 days before the workshop.
Please download as soon as you can in case you have any issues we can get them sorted out in time. Please do this before Day 1 as it is difficult for me to resolve tech issues when we are supposed to be starting:).
If you don’t receive it 2 days before we start please check your spam and text (or email) me if it's not there.
REMEMBER THAT THE MATERIAL IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND NOT TO BE SHARED WITH ANYONE!
Final Payments
If you haven’t yet paid in full I will also send out Paypal requests for any outstanding payments 2 weeks before the workshop. These will need to be paid before I send the Class Materials.
If you would like to move workshops just let me know. If you decide you don't want to attend before I have sent you the workshop material you will receive a full refund minus any processing charges.
If you have already received the workbook you can move to a different workshop but will not be able to receive a refund.

This is the Zoom meeting link for all three days. I have disabled the waiting room so you will join the meeting straight away if you disconnect. You will need the password to access though so keep handy.
Latest Zoom Application
Please download the free zoom application to your desktop or PC rather than connecting via the internet with a link only. This will give you a more solid connection. Please do this well before Day 1 start time so you can make sure your technology is working as it will be hard to help you at the workshop start time.
Most people know how to use Zoom these days so if you need help please ask someone who does. If you have no one that can help you with the tech please let me know.
Mac or PC Laptop
Please use a laptop or desktop computer for the workshop.
Please do not use a phone or tablet for the workshop. This makes it very hard to navigate and interact with the workshop.
Please check your technology and internet connection well before Saturday morning so you can make sure your technology is working as it will be hard to help you at the workshop start time. Let me know if you need any help.
Headphones
Please have headphones available. It can be ok without but just in case we get feedback.
Keep Camera On
This is a small 100% live and interactive workshop so please keep your cameras on as much as possible. It is respectful to the other participants.
Internet Connection
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and there is no one else using the connection at the same time so you have optimal bandwidth.
Making Notes
Always have either a pen and paper or electronic notepad to make notes as I will be giving you information that is additional to the workbook that is important to write down.
Water
I always recommend being properly hydrated for the workshop.
Environment
Make sure you have a quiet and uninterrupted environment.
